i had the pleasure of staying in a so-called deluxe room, which was 18sqm instead of the promised 25sqm. breakfast was a sad little portion with not much variety, certainly not what one would expect in a high-end hotel. worst of all, i was treated like any regular guest, no special perks for me, absolutely unacceptable, almost gave it a good review but just couldn't.
